Modern Italian, German, and Spanish equipment allows precise control over roasting temperature, duration, and grinding parameters — tailored to each coffee type and variety. Both whole bean and ground coffee go through mandatory laboratory testing before packaging. 120,000 packs roll off Galka’s conveyor every day!
